Setup
In about two weeks: a website that sells, a LinkedIn that opens doors, a CRM that follows up, and a sales process that runs without you pushing it. Then it keeps producing — an article, three posts, a buyer map and one shipped improvement, every month.
Thesis
Most small companies don't have a website problem. They have a setup problem: follow-up depends on memory. The site says one thing, LinkedIn says another, enquiries land in an inbox, and every proposal starts from a blank page. Fixing the website alone polishes one part of a machine that isn't connected.
Setting the business up right means every part — site, profile, CRM, files, templates, process — says the same thing and hands work to the next part automatically.
The system
— Layer one · Be found
A premium site that leads with your strongest promise and turns the right visitor into a booked call.
Search-ready by default: clean structure, live text instead of images, metadata, redirects. Rankings you've earned move with you; new ones have something to index.
Your profile rewritten to executive standard and aligned with the site, so the person they look up matches the company they found.
Profile set up, branded and connected, with post templates ready for the monthly rhythm.
— Layer two · Run the business
Every enquiry captured, tracked and followed up. Nothing lost in an inbox.
Mail, calendar and Drive on your own domain, with one clean structure for proposals, contracts and content.
Proposals, outreach and replies in your voice, ready to send. No more starting from a blank page.
A defined path from first contact to signed work, with the follow-up steps built into the tools rather than into your memory.
Optional extensions — quoted separately when they're part of the plan:
Channel set up and branded to match, when video is part of the plan.
How it works
The build (weeks 1–2). Positioning locked at a short kickoff, then site, profile and systems built and connected. You approve at two checkpoints; nothing launches without your sign-off.
Embedding (month one). Your content, contacts and accounts migrated in, and the process run together on live enquiries until it holds without help.
Then, the rhythm. The monthly cycle below keeps it producing.
Investment
Bought separately, managed LinkedIn alone starts around €1,500 a month and a comparable site build costs more than this whole system — and bought separately, the parts never connect.
— Recommended
€4,800
The system build (€3,600) plus the first month of migration, configuration and embedding (€1,200). Roughly two weeks to launch; fully live within the month.
€600 / month
The four-week cycle below: around five hours of focused work a month plus the automation behind it. Starts in month two — the setup month covers the first. Optional.
Three-month minimum, then monthly.
On request
When the scope doesn't fit — let's talk about what would.
All fees exclusive of VAT. Each channel arrives configured, branded and connected; growing them is what the monthly rhythm is for.

The monthly rhythm
Week 1
A buyer map of your newest connections and profile visitors, scored against your ideal buyer and pushed into HubSpot with a next action each.
Week 2
One high-quality LinkedIn article or newsletter edition, built around something you've experienced or want to say — a client story, a lesson, a stance — co-created with you and shaped by what the signal shows, plus three posts cut from it. Published to LinkedIn and styled for Instagram from the same templates.
Week 3
One shipped improvement to the funnel: a landing-page change, a sharper call to action, a refined follow-up email.
Week 4
A one-page report — leads by source, post reach, new qualified connections — and a short call to set next month's focus.
Proof
This site was built the same way I'd build yours — strategy first, then copy, structure and the build itself, from the same hands. No agency relay, nothing lost in translation. What you see is the method.
Credibility
For three years running, I led an Apple shop-in-shop to the best retail store in the Netherlands — where I learned what premium experience actually takes, and why it's ease, not decoration. I build what I design (Full Stack, Code Institute), with a commercial grounding from Rotterdam Business School and years spent turning complex, high-consideration offers into a confident "yes."
The outcome
A buyer lands on the site and the proposition meets them in the first second. They look you up and LinkedIn tells the same story. Their enquiry lands in HubSpot, the follow-up goes out the same day, and the proposal that closes them took twenty minutes because the template already existed. None of it depended on you remembering.
Getting started is simple: a short kickoff to lock positioning, your sign-off before anything is built, and about two weeks to launch-ready. No long contract, no surprises.
